Awesome! Will you include past comments too-- because my odds would skyrocket! I am going to try your dirty rice recipe, sounds yummy and like something I would really enjoy making and eating. Not that I wouldn't love all of your recipes. A close second are those yummy kids of yours

My favorite would be the E is for the Eggs in Mini Frittatas, because I can try it with the kids and let them get creative with the add-ins. We can even make it to order, like an omelette bar! But I really want to try the Dirty Rice, too (wheat-free! Woot!). And I love Dutch Babies.

How can I choose one!? I have loved everything that you've made, but I think my favorite would be the white bean chili! I loved the spiciness. someday I will get up the courage to make it myself!

Wow, it is tough to choose. I have tried a lot of your recipes, but I think my favorite so far is the corn bread. It was SUPER easy, they only bad thing is it was gone before it even cooled off!

I am loving the look of those Eclairs. Yum. They remind me of Glenn and my honeymoon. We ate those things like crazy and gained 10 pounds. I bet yours are better and I can't wait to make them. Love you, missin you.

Love the Sour Cream Enchiladas! My favorite thing in the world, food wise, is mexican food. Anytime i can get a new enchilada recipe is a good day. Thanks for the blog and all the wonderful recipes.

I'm a newbie and have just been looking through your recipes. I came to check out the eclairs and they look DELICIOUS! So I'll have to say that so far that is my favorite! I can't wait to make them for this weekend! Thank you.. you're now on my *favorites* list!

Shanan-I, too, have loved so many of your recipes. I made food for an entire bridal shower with your recipes (I loved the mango chicken salad and the cucumber bites!) And the Chinese Chicken and the Russian Chicken...so many good ones!
